Limited Warranty
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
at the time of sale, but our obligation under this warranty is limited to the
replacement or refund of purchase price, at the discretion of Specialized
Racing Products, LLC (SRP), of any product proven to be defective within 30
days from date of receipt. Replacement or refund will only issued upon the
return of product (prepaid).
Warranty is void if parts are altered, modified or used in applications not
specifically designated by SRP.
Costs associated with labor to remove and/or replace product, incidental parts,
incidental or consequential damages, vehicle downtime, or inability to use the
vehicle are SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED.
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR USE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED.

misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of product. User is responsible to
determine suitability of product for intended use and assumes all risk and
liability in connection therewith. SRP shall not be liable for any injury, loss or
damage, whether direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the
inability to use, the product. Due to the complexity and variation of possible
modifications, SRP does not guarantee favorable results.
All products are intended for "off-highway" use only. Installation of products in a
vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate U.S., Canadian, state or
provincial laws and regulations, specifically those relating to emission
requirements.
